These terms apply to your use of Orgnyz. By using Orgnyz, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.

An early-stage service

Orgnyz is in early, invitation-only testing. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and the phone numbers you connect secure. You are responsible for what happens through your account, including messages sent from a phone number you have verified.

Your documents

Your documents and information remain yours. You give Orgnyz permission to store, read and process them only to provide the service to you. Only add documents you have the right to hold and share, including documents about family members or other people you manage.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orgnyz to break the law, to access information you aren't entitled to, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

Automated reading can be wrong

Orgnyz uses automated tools, including AI, to read documents and understand requests, and they can make mistakes. Check important details, such as names, numbers and dates, against the original document before relying on them. Orgnyz is not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice.

Sending documents

Orgnyz sends a document only when you ask it to. When you ask it to send a document to someone else, you are responsible for choosing the right recipient and for having the right to share that document with them.

Services you connect

When you connect a service such as Google, Dropbox or WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms.

No warranty

Orgnyz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orgnyz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Ending your use

You can stop using Orgnyz at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and its date, and tell you directly about any significant change.
